Psychologist | body psychotherapist to be

Psychologist | PRACTISING body psychotherapist

I am curious and value learning, as well as building meaningful connections with others. I strive to be attentive and consistent in my interactions, believing that trust is earned through dedication and thoughtful engagement. This approach helps me create strong, lasting relationships.

I earned my psychology bachelor’s and master’s degrees at a seaside University and have over six years of consulting experience. Consistently improving on professional level and focusing on my well-being through regular exercise or making time to recharge in nature are central to who I am.

To better understand what helps and what prevents us from creating the lives we want, I have been deepening my professional knowledge in the field of psychotherapy for about half a decade. It is my third year in the international program of body psychotherapy, based on the principles of A. Lowen.
